Subiaco is a farm near Walcha in th New England region of NSW. The farm goes by the business name of Australian Organic Herbs, and the main produce there for many years has been Echinacea. This farm is the home of my good friend Hamish, and also of his parents, Phil and Katie.
The Blum family come especially from Switzerland to see Sara get married - a travelling Swiss folk music family!
Even the wine was organic!

Hamish and Sara embrace after making their wedding vows, with
traditional Greco-Roman wreaths on their heads and a knotted rope tying
the wreaths together.
Hamish's grandma is 90 years old, and said:
I'll remember this day for as many more years as the dear Lord gives me.
