Use of the site

In using livelocal.org.au, you agree not to:

3. Upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, spam, chain letters or any other form of solicitation.
4. Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make publicly available on livelocal.org.au any private information of any third party, including, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, idenitification numbers and credit card numbers;
5. Solicit personal identification information, passwords, account information from anyone for commercial or unlawful purposes
6. Collect email addresses or other contact information of other site users by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications.
7. Upload, post, share, store, transmit or make publicly available any computer viruses, malware, spyware or any kind of software that can damage or alter other computers, operating systems or software.
8. Upload, post, share, store, transmit or make publicly available information about or instructions for performing any activities that would violate any local, state, provincial, municipal or international laws.
9. Access or use another user's account.
10. Create false identities or pose as another person.
11. Use automated scripts to collect information from the site.

You are responsible for the text, photos, videos and any other material you add to this site. You cannot submit any material that you did not create yourself or that you do not have permission or rights to post.
