#92 A Smile Doesn't Cost A Thing
Every morning my children and I try to do the school/kindergarten run on foot.
I have decided to smile and say "Good Morning" to everybody we encounter on our way, even those people who look down as they pass me and won't meet my eyes.
It's amazing how quickly people's defences fall when you give them some acknowledgement, however brief.
