#293 Kid's Clothing and Toy Swap

Leichhardt Council is always looking for ways to help our residents improve their consumption and waste habits. We've heard about a great way to save money, reduce consumption, promote reuse of resources and avoid waste, and what we love about it most is that it's fun and free!

We're organising a clothes swap on September 13 at Leichhardt Town Hall. Swapping is a great way to declutter and exchange stuff that you don't use anymore for someone else's pre-loved goods! It's a fun and easy way to save money and reduce waste and consumption.

We're encouraging participants to bring along up to 10 items of good quality kid's clothing, toys or books to swap. You'll be given a token that you can exchange for any other item that takes your fancy.

We're hoping that people will bring along some awesome stuff that they used to love but don't use anymore, or that's still in great condition but their kids have grown out of it. You'll be sure to pick up something great!
