Permaculture East's members are into everything that increases their self-suffiency and reduces their eco-footprint. Saving your own seeds and growing new backyard crops from them is an enormously empowering activity. At  our April meeting the fabulous Robyn Williamson from the Seed Savers' Network ran a great workshop on seed saving and shared many seeds with our keen members. In June we had a planting workshop with Vicki Ferekos- president of Permaculture Sydney South - giving wonderful information on plant propagation.Then we all got at it planing our seeds!
